Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Otoproject Garage. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.1 Conditions for Returns

• The product must be in the original packaging.
• The product isn’t used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for you to receive the refund depends on your payment provider’s policies.

2.1 Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
